Shipping Policy
At Lux Felt London, our goal is to provide customers with the best possible shipping options, no matter where you live. Whether you live in the UK, in Europe, or in the US, Lux Felt London is with you every step of the way, ensuring the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order deliveries is divided into two parts:
- Manufacturing time: All of our orders are tailor-made! This means that once you have placed your order, it still needs to be made. In this part, your order specifications will be considered, and your item created. This process usually takes around 7 days.
- Shipping time: This is the time it takes for items to be shipped from our workshop to the destination. Shipping to destinations within the UK takes 2 working days. Shipping to international destinations typically takes 5-7 working days. More information regarding shipping time and fees can be seen in the table below. All deliveries are sent with Royal Mail (1st class and tracked).

Please note that due to higher demand around the Christmas holidays orders may take longer to be processed. To guarantee arrival before Christmas, please place your orders before December 4th (27th of November for New Zealand & Australia) for international deliveries or before December 11th for domestic (UK) deliveries. Orders placed between December 22st and January 3rd 2023 may be subject to delays.
